Cycling, jogging eating right and strength training all work to give your body what it needs to be trim and strong. You don't have to spend your life in a gym. An hour a day is IDEAL, every other day is better, 3x a week is minimum. You need to have 30 minutes [the very MINIMUM recommended] of daily aerobics where you're deep breathing and sweating. Mix in 30 minutes of strength building using weights and you have a great combo. Almost anyone can do something to improve their health and keep it that way. Its only 1 hour... you're worth that! Right? You bet....

Diets are a joke! Its not the fats... you can live on hog fat and be thin... its total calories in and out and aerobic exercise. If you eat enough for 2 people you will be as big as two people. You can enjoy all your regular foods, but its balance that is required [as in all things.]

The body is 'adaptive'. It adjusts to the level its made to work to. Getting personal fitness advisor and a regular place to workout can make big changes happen. You must change your lifestyle if you want to permanently improve your health and keep it. What do you want your body to 'adapt' to? You have a choice...
